Q: How did you get into parkour?

A: I worked with a guy in the summer of 2006 and he did parkour and told me a little about it. I looked on the web and found the COPK website and also watched some videos on the web, including the Russian climbing one. After finding out what it was all about, I started taking the classes at the Spot and going to other training sessions around Boulder.

Q: What is your most memorable parkour moment?

A: I don't have too many to choose from, but probably the first gauntlet I went to. We were going around a parking garage without touching the ground and we had to do some cat leaps from wall to wall. I was really scared to do them, but it was awesome once I did.

Q: What do you like most about parkour?

A: I like how everyone is always supporting each other and pushing each other to do their best. I don't really just go out and do stuff I don't feel comfortable doing, but when other people are helping me out, it motivates me to try new things.

Q: If you could go anywhere in the world for parkour, where would it be?

A: Places in Europe would definitely be cool, but it's not really going to places for parkour, it's more getting over the obstacles that are in front of you, no matter where you are (Boulder is a great place for parkour though.)

Q: What are your future plans and/or dreams for your parkour?

A: I want to improve as much as I can. I would like also to be able to apply parkour in my everyday routine and any other sport, job or whatever I get into.
