Westminster Promenade
10633 Westminster Blvd., Westminster, Colorado, 80020-4171

Conditions - The Westminster Promenade is one of the biggest gathering places in the North Metro area. This is an area that every traceur should cover some ground at. There are many things to do here parkour-wise, though the traceur's focal point of the Promenade is the Gazebo in the center of the area.

Security - Security here is not too much of a problem. The only time you might have to watch out is when there is not a lot of people around, and the few security guards are not occupied. So far at this area, we haven't had too much of a problem. If a guard comes and asks you to stop, just go jam another area for a bit and come back to the spot, or just wait for them to leave. Coming here on weekends, you shouldn't have a problem.

Obstacles - The Gazebo has lots of cool stuff to hit. There are two sets of handrails that circle the fountain around it which are great for balance, precisions, vaults, and combos. It makes for a good 'rhythm section/area'. Also it's surrounded by ball structures that are great for palm spins, vaults, combos, and linking with the rails. Also there are flower pots around to experiment with. Just a short walk in either direction west or east from the Gazebo leads to a lot of cool stuff if you don't mind adventuring and seeing what you can find.

Features: Lots of dense obstacles.
Lacks: Not much, if anything.

Overall - The Westminster Promenade is defenitly a spot that every traceur should hit. A traceur's eye can find many opportunities here. This is a great place to plan out a day to come out and adventure and jam some sweet spots!
