The Colorado Parkour Conditioning Classes are designed to condition participants through a unique combination of exercises and movements from parkour, gymnastics, running, and more.

The classes will utilize equipment such as rings, kettlebells, exercise balls, paralettes, dumbbells, and more. In addition, classes will utilize the surrounding environment in ways you may have never thought of. Through this unique perspective, the environment is transformed into an exercise apparatus, a gym, a playground.

It is our philosophy that fitness is NOT benching 300 pounds, completing a 5k run, performing gymnastic maneuvers, or going through an hour long pilates class. True fitness is being able to do all of these things and more. True fitness is being able to do whatever you want, go anywhere you want, and be able to run, jump, climb, push, pull, and more with unmatched efficiency. This is the all-around athleticism possessed by kids, animals, and now, the athletes of parkour. This is the all-around athleticism we train for in the Colorado Parkour Conditioning Classes.
